In keeping with his philosophy of having his patients receive the least amount of dentistry over their lifetime, Dr. Saylor has implemented the Dental Fitness Program in his practice. This is a unique program developed to get to the root cause of dental disease. This program will assess your level of risk for periodontal disease and dental caries. You are given a dental fitness score which is monitored at each continuing care appointment. You will be given the tools and education necessary to arrest and control disease and preserve your natural teeth.
Dr. Saylor was granted fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in July of 2004 and currently is working on his Masters. This fellowship requires over 500 hours of continuing education in specific areas and passing a rigorous exam covering all areas of dentistry.
Fourth annual Staff retreat at the Ritz Carlton in Sarasota... This was a two day planning session designed to develop ways to better serve our patients. We also worked on relationship/team building and having fun as a group.
Dr. Saylor is a Participating Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dental Sesame is a program to notify patients of their appointments by text message on their cell phone or e-mail. We implemented this program into our practice after last year’s convention and it has been well received by our patients. Birthday greetings are also sent in this manner. Patients can confirm their appointments online, see their payments and print out information for tax purposes, check the insurance benefits they have available and the amount they have used in our office. We are also able to send newsletters by e-mail.
